MacFarlane Office Products, Inc. will be happy to refund or exchange your order under the following terms and conditions.
All returns must be approved by MacFarlane Office Products, Inc. and have a valid RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number.

Ink/Toner Cartridges: Unopened and unexpired ink or toner may be returned in the original packaging within 30 days of the original purchase date. Such item(s) must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Office Equipment: May only be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date in the original packaging and subject to sale terms and conditions.
EXCLUSIONS
MacFarlane Office Products, Inc. is unable to accept returns on used or products with original packaging.
Damaged merchandise should be refused upon delivery. Any concealed damaged merchandise should be reported immediately upon discovery.
Defective or shorted merchandise must be reported within 5 business days of the invoice date to be eligible for return/credit.
Return for refund on unopened ink and toner cartridges in resalable condition from the original date of purchase. Such item(s) must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
PAYMENT REFUNDS
Refunds will be made in the same form of payment to the same card used for the original purchase. For customers buying on account, a credit will be issued to that account.
